***Change of Plans***
We have rescheduled the flag retirement ceremony and family outing at the Military Heritage Collection of North Texas Museum in Nevada. It will be September 26 at 12 pm. Bring food to BBQ, chairs, drinks for your family and a side dish. Grills will be provided. Bring an awning if you have one.
Guns and Hoses will be Saturday, September 12.
Setup WILL START at 5 pm. If you are bringing items, go to the back of the arena (east side) and let them know that you are with the Submarine Veterans of North Texas and need to unload. There are carts, but if you have your own, that is preferred. Parking after unloading is in the parking structure south of the venue. They will let you in the east most door on the south side after parking. Again, tell them who you are with. The event begins at 6:30 and runs until all matches are complete, however, we usually begin breakdown when the concourse quiets down, usually around 9:30 or 10 pm.
